At Farm House Tack, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that horse blankets and apparel are free of hair and debris.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
